spent my new year eve with shila. we went to commonwealth church yesterday and listen to the people praying and singing. i kept looking around and followed them do. i prayed and closed my eyes, half way i fell asleep for a while. when i entered the church, i got a kind of feeling that couldn't be described. i feel so peaceful. got 1 women behind me knew that im not catholic and she told shila why she didn't guide me. lol. she asked me to go get blessing from the priest because 2010 is coming. that women also blessed me to find a good boyfriend. though she's naggy but she's nice. when the church thingy ends, we shaked hands with each other and wished everyone happy new year. so fun. after that we went to eat. we kept walking around. most of the coffeeshops were closed at 10 plus. finally we found 1 coffeeshop that was opened, indian shop. i ate roti prata 1 egg 1 kosong and drank teh tarik while shila ate roti john and drank coke. after that we dont feel like going marina bay to countdown as it will be very crowded plus we cant make it to there by 12am. we walked back to the church again. we saw people celebrating new year eve and a guy dancing at the shelter when we were on our way back to the church. we looked at them. he stopped dancing and looked at us and said happy new year. we said happy new year back. we took photos inside the church. we enjoyed ourselves. we countdown inside the church. after that we headed to jurong point, wanting to have a drink at starsbuck or coffee bean but all the shops were closed so we walked to pioneer mall. the train to joo koon was packed with so many people while the train to pasir ris was so empty. pioneer mall's mac was so crowded, so scary. i went to shila's house to stay for 1 night. her mum just let me go to their house without asking why. she just said, 'sure, no problem'. we use wine glass to drink orange juice. i broke her wine glass and i feel so guilty. her mum cleaned it. she told us not to break any glasses yet i broke it, somemore is in new year. her mum asked us to see the moon. the moon was being covered by the smoke. it was 2 plus am. i took video of it. we slept at 5 plus and i woke up at 8am and we went to have breakfast at mac then went to giant and went back home. really enjoyed my new year eve with shila^^
